Cross-disciplinary teams with backgrounds in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, as well as biomedical engineering make efforts to extend the frontiers in imaging capabilities, from watching individual molecules to unveiling the structure of complex tissues to understand the fundamentals of life and disease.
