What is your current job?

I am a researcher at a genetic analysis company

Why did you choose UNIST BME/HFE?

First of all, I chose BME because it fit my major, and I chose UNIST to work with my supervisor, Prof. Jong Bhak. We’ve worked with many genome projects before, and that was a very valuable time for me.

What do you like most about UNIST BME/HFE and why?

It was great to have a variety of curriculums and faculty members to experience various fields within the department.

What was the most important things that you learned at UNIST BME/HFE that make you a success in your career?

I participated in many genome projects during my degree course, and I learned the importance of problem solving and communication. Through that process, I have matured a step, and I am still working on my work based on that experience.

What is your ultimate career goal?

My career goal is to contribute to improving human health and quality of life through genetic testing and analysis.
