뇌인지공학

뇌종양은 뇌라는 장기의 특수성으로 인해 다른 암종에 비해 치료 방법이 제한적입니다. 특히 신경교종은 현대 의학의 발전에도 불구하고 치료 성과가 미비한 대표적인 난치성 암입니다.
본 연구실은 환자의 임상 데이터와 다중 오믹스 데이터를 통합적으로 분석하여 뇌종양의 치료 저항성의 원인과 기전을 규명하고, 환자 맞춤형 치료 전략을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히 신경교종의 유전적 다양성과 종양 미세환경과의 상호작용을 중점적으로 연구하여, 궁극적으로 환자에게 최적화된 치료법을 찾고자 합니다.
